Lucille Hansen's Blender Wholewheat Pancakes

1 cup whole kernel wheat
1 cup milk (or water with dry milk equivalent)
Blend in your blender for 5 minutes on a high speed

Add to blender:
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/4 t salt
2 T sugar or honey
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
Blend until throroughly mixed.

Pour from blender into frying pan for delicious, light wholewheat pancakes!

French Toast

Ingredients:
12 Sliced bread
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon (amount you would like)
butter

Combine eggs and half and half in large shallow bowl. Beat well co combine; stir in salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Soak bread in this mixture for i minute on each side. Butter the bottom of pan and cook both sides of the bread until golden brown.

Breakfast Casserole

8 eggs
1 lb. sausage, browned
2 TBSP flour
1 1/2 cups milk
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 1/4 cup cheese, grated
1 lb. frozen hashbrowns

Add flour to freshly cooked sausage, pour in milk, and cook until it thickens. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Beat eggs together. Layer ingredients, leaving 1/4 cup cheese and a little green onion to sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 deg.
